Ridorkulous
First time reading this author. Cute story, stayed interested, would read her again. A couple of curse words, a couple of sex scenes, but not overly graphic.
Not so much
Not bad, but definitely not good. This writer has all of the elements of a good romance firmly in place, but if you’re looking for characters with ANY nuance whatsoever, this is not the book/series for you. Earnestly written, but lacking and support for character motivation other than vague indecipherable “feelings. The plot makes sense only at the macro level. It doesn’t give the reader anything to work with on a “beat-by-beat” level. Because of that, it’s hard to find anyone to hope for since they’re either stereotypically naive, unaware, or just plain stupid. This reads more like a cartoon rendition of people we should be able to care about but ultimately, don’t.

Fun story. Good characters. The ending was very abrupt and took away from the feeling I had about the rest of the story.
