This book was a delight. The culprit was a surprise and didn’t show up until the end. Such superior writing and suspense. Thank you for a great read and series.Love your books.
Cute
It’s like an episode of “Murder, She Wrote” only instead of a writer named Jessica in Cabot Cove, it’s a pastry chef named Bailey in Amish country. Enjoyed hearing a little bit about Amish culture. Unfortunately, the author has a mannerism that distracted me. She mentions the main character biting the inside of her lip over and over again. If you use “biting the inside of your lip” references as a drinking game, you will be sloshed by page 47. Still, a good beach book.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I can't wait to read another by this author. Very well written, great character descriptions and plot!
