AP Calculus AB

Great way to learn, well put together-but a few typos and points of “unfinishedness”

It’s much more engaging and simple than a textbook. But, it’s also much more comprehensive and instructive than a study guide like PR or Barron’s. Now, only I’ve studied 3 chapters (meaning I’m half way done) and I haven’t tried the practice exams, so I can vouch for neither the whole book nor the exams, but I know this is quality learning material. However, I feel that it is a bit experimental and unfinished, in that I’ve spotted a tiny bit more than a couple typos and that I felt there was a bit to be missed in the things they could have done with interactivity (hands on stuff, animations, I don’t know what). Also, an explanation of how to do the problems in the pop quiz would definitely help.

Overall: amazing work in progress-I’ve found it to be very useful.

P.s. I’m a bit disappointed by the fact that they divided Calculus AB and BC into two separate products costing $15 and $10 respectively, when you can’t really use the BC material until after you’ve finished (whether it be through they’re material or other) the AB stuff.
