Running (from myself)
Be careful reading this. While there is valuable information in this “podcast”, I can’t help thinking that David has spent the majority of his life running (away from himself. His life is non stop hustle and grind, which I think is a problem in the world. I respect this man, but I don’t accept his choices as right for everyone. The biggest takeaway is the importance of discipline. Great autobiography.
